AAA Release
|
If you require AAA or Junior Permission to Skate, this year the choice is yours!
Register with BRDMHA and pay registration:
Register with BRDMHA and pay full registration and receive your AAA or Junior Permission to Skate and secure your registration with BRDMHA. Return to BRDMHA prior to the last travel tryout and tryout for the AA or AE team in your division. Return after last travel tryout and take your position in House League or Interlock system. Should you not be returning to play in the BRDMHA system simply request your refund as in years past from the Treasurer. (Proof of registration and payment is required prior to issuance of AAA or Junior Permission to Skate.)
Register with BRDMHA and do not pay:
Register with BRDMHA - click on permission to skate - and do not pay for registration and receive your AAA or Junior Permission to Skate and your spot is not secured with BRDMHA. Should you return to BRDMHA after registration is closed you will be subject to pay the late fee. Your spot within your division will not be secured. Should this be your choice you (parent) must sign an Acknowledgment at the time that your AAA or Junior Permission to Skate is provided to you. (Proof of registration is required prior to issuance of AAA or Junior Permission to Skate.)
We will be at the arena on April 27th and April 29th 6:00 to 7:30PM to sign AAA and Junior Permission to Skate forms. If you require a Junior Permission to skate form prior to these dates, please contact Pat Campeau at 519-728-2526(home) 519-981-7635(cell).
You must have proof of registration to receive a form.
